Standout Jobs, Inc. is a startup based in Montreal, QC Canada that makes Reception, a suite of web-based tools to power companies online recruiting efforts. Standout Jobs was founded by Benjamin Yoskovitz (CEO), Fred Ngo (CTO) and Austin Hill (Chairman & Angel Investor) in February 2007.
Reception allows companies to create interactive, content-rich Career Sites that build employer brand and active talent networks. Companies can promote themselves more effectively, market jobs, gain metrics on job board spending, track candidates through the hiring process and build on-going relationships with prospects.
