    Responsibilities

    The Account Manager will be responsible for providing overall online marketing strategy for OuterJoin clients. He or she will lead/collaborate with team members to understand requirements of the clients, marketing objectives, current online marketing campaigns and prepare overall OuterJoin online marketing framework and execution plan. The Account Manager will deal with team members in different areas like web design, web analytics, marketing communication folks and writers


    Required Skills

    • Minimum MBA Marketing
    • 2 - 4 years exposure in internet related field
    • Knowledge of consumer products would be plus
    • Entrepreneurship attitude and desire
    • Demonstrated skill in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data
    • Experience with statistics and mathematics preferred
    • Strong skills using Microsoft Excel preferred
    • Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent team player in a dynamic team of developers, designers and researchers
  • Responsibilities

    The Usability Analyst will be responsible for providing user centered design activities relating to website and web application development. He or she will collaborate with team members to understand the user centered design needs of the projects. The Usability Analyst will work with design and development teams to balance good design with real-world time constraints, using a collaborative, flexible approach. The analyst will support the Lead Usability Engineer in conducting lab studies, compiling results, and preparing results, and participating in client presentations. The analyst will also be instrumental in design reviews and the design documentation process.


    Required Skills

    • Minimum BA in cognitive psychology, human factors, or related field, or equivalent experience
    • 2 - 4 years experience in either software application development or user-centric web design environments
    • 1 – 2 years moderating usability studies / user-centered research
    • Direct experience with a variety of usability and testing methods a must
    • Should be familiar with basic and discount usability techniques, as well as principles and theories of human-computer interaction
    • Demonstrated skill in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data
    • Experience with statistics and experimental design strongly preferred
    • Strong skills using Microsoft Excel preferred
    • Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent team player in a dynamic team of developers, designers and researchers

    We have a great opportunity for an experienced, technically savvy and energetic team player who is a creative and proactive thinker to plan, manage and optimize successful Google, Yahoo, and MSN Pay Per Click marketing campaigns for our clients. Google Advertising Professional "Qualified Individual" and deep experience with Yahoo! Search Marketing preferred. This is not an entry level position.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

    • Help clients with meeting ROI expectations by performing ad copy testing and keyword analysis
    • Analyze and assess the performance of campaigns and translate quantitative and qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the campaign strategy
    • Implement successful bidding strategies and effective keyword management
    • Continually monitor, revise, and optimize ad text as necessary
    • Communicate regularly with clients on status, timeline, budget, deliverables, performance reporting, and competitive intelligence analysis
    • Create, categorize and refine keyword lists to create a comprehensive campaign that drives qualified visitors to client sites

    Education and Experience Requirements:

    • Associate or Bachelors' degree from accredited college or university
    • Minimum 3.0 GPA

    Computer Equipment and Software Requirements:

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows XP and Microsoft Office Tools Suite
    • Intermediate Excel skills

    • Capable of developing complex UI applications
    • Integration of UI with high traffic and large backend application
    • Experience in developing commercial web applications and/or products
    • Understanding of Web2.0
    • Developing innovative open source applications for Web2.0 initiatives

    Requirements

    • Graduate or post graduate with 2-5 years in a similar position
    • Required technical skills: Ruby language, RoR (Ruby on Rails),
      Apache, Lighttpd and FastCGI, AJAX, JavaScript, HTML and CSS,
      XML: SOAP/WebServices and RSS feeds, Blog integration, MySQL and
      PostgreSQL, UNIX/Linux, Windows 2000+, CVS/VSS, Perl,
      PHP or Python
    • Excellent communication skills with high initiative levels
